Ecoprogram Flotte was founded in 2005 as a spin-off within the Ecoprogram Group. Its goal, now a reality, was to become a cutting-edge business providing logistics and services for the automotive industry.

With more than a decade of experience as an important provider in the industry, Ecoprogram Flotte has developed innovative services for long-term rental companies, without overlooking short-term hire businesses and end customers who, due to necessity and characteristics, continue to use solutions entirely outside of the vehicle hire sector.

The Ecoprogram Flotte logistical network covers the whole of Italy, with 22 platforms (hubs), totalling over 450,000 m² located along the key motorway routes, and a network of qualified drivers provided with continuous training. A dedicated in-house call centre guarantees direct dialogue with dealers, sales companies, distribution centres and customers. The management system provides all the information required to provide the services and enables planning and optimisation of delivery and pick-up times, routes and fuel consumption, thus controlling costs and reducing environmental impact.

Digital PDI

Each logistics platform is an independent unit capable of meeting the requirements of each operational phase: from vehicle preparation and transport to assessment and procedure management.

Digital PDI (pre-delivery inspection) mobile applications provide support to all personnel during operating activity, which is constantly monitored and controlled from an operations and control centre.

Digital tracking

With proprietary IT systems, Ecoprogram Flotte has innovated logistics, transforming storage and transport into a portfolio of services with high added value.
Alongside ERP Ms Business Central, which manages all the main business processes, an innovative IFS field force management system has been introduced to enable automatic planning, dispatching and tracking of all field operations.
All of this is made possible by an Artificial Intelligence module that reacts to every event, constantly recalibrating routes and reassigning activities to maintain optimal performance.

Digital reports

UniVra is a mobile application enabling the preparation of digital pick-up and delivery reports, accompanied by images taken with the device provided.
Once prepared, the report is automatically emailed to the customer with all the photographic and privacy documentation.

Black
Box installation

Each vehicle delivered is equipped with a special Black Box device — a GEO satellite tracker that monitors the vehicle at every instant, enabling its position to be checked online. Black Box installation is a dedicated service based on important affiliations with leading manufacturers, including: Artel, Texa, Octo Telematica, LoJack, Targa Infomobility and Vodafone.
